Booking policy:

1. Refund for Cancellation: No refunds given for any cancellation.
2. Changes: You can change the date of your course free of charge however, we need a minimum 7 days’ notice prior to the date of the class, new date can be provided as per our plan of next class session.
3. Between 7 days – 3 days before your course, you can change your date, this however, will incur a 50 pln per person fee.
4. Within 3 days of the course, it cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances. However, we will happily accept someone else in your place.
5. We retain the right to change the advertised menu or cancel classes, e.g., due to illness, staff availability or numbers. In such cases we will notify you as soon as possible.
